REGISTRATIONS

Registration will open on Monday, March 11 through the platform www.entryfee.com.ar or in-person at Club de Corredores (Av. Monroe 916, CABA). 

For those who do not live in Buenos Aires, they can check the locations in the interior of the country, Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, and France.

GROUP 1

Participants in GROUP 1 will run on December 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

GROUP 2

Participants in GROUP 2 will run on December 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.

GROUP 3

Participants in GROUP 3 will run on December 3rd, 4th, and 5th.

GROUP 4

Participants in GROUP 4 will run on December 4th, 5th, and 6th.

GROUPS 1, 2, 3, and 4 will have different registration fees, but the routes, services, and campsites will be the same for each group.

*GROUP 4 will open once the other groups reach a 70% capacity.

FINISHER MEDAL

As in each edition, we have designed a unique medal, dedicating extensive development in the preceding months. The medal will be awarded to those runners who have completed all 3 stages.

HYDRATION ALONG THE ROUTE AND AT THE FINISH LINE

Hydration service is included in the registration cost, comprising water and isotonic drinks at both the Oasis and the finish lines of each stage.

  • Fixed Installments: Pay in 12 installments with a 48% interest rate plus service charges (5%) through Mercado Pago with credit cards*.
  • Cash Payment with 10% discount for a one-time payment, valid at Club de Corredores offices (Av. Monroe 916, CABA).

  • Through our branches in the interior of the country, in 1 installment with a 10% discount or in 4 cash installments with a surcharge (see options with each branch).

CREDITS

Runners who have reported their withdrawal from El Cruce in 2021, 2022, 2023, and those with credits from El Cruce 2020 should check the terms and conditions to utilize their positive balance.

POLICY FOR CANCELLATION IN CASE OF UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE

Registration fees are non-refundable. Paid spots in full or in part cannot be transferred to other runners.
Payments made with the "single installment or 12 fixed installments" plan cannot be canceled.
Credits from past editions are for single use. Upon announcing a new withdrawal from the event, the credit becomes invalid. Only payments made in the current edition will be recognized.
All injuries, illnesses, or physical impediments will be considered within the following policies:

  1. Those who notify their inability to attend the event by July 1st, inclusive, will have 80% of the amount paid available for use in any of the next 2 (two) editions of El Cruce or Raid.
  2. Those who notify their inability to attend the event by September 2nd, inclusive, will have 70% of the amount paid available for use in any of the next 2 (two) editions of El Cruce or Raid.
  3. Those who notify their inability to attend the event by November 1st, inclusive, will have 50% of the amount paid available for use in any of the next 2 (two) editions of El Cruce or Raid.
  4. Those who notify their inability to attend the event by November 22nd, inclusive, will have 30% of the amount paid available for use in any of the next 2 (two) editions of El Cruce or Raid.
  5. Those who notify their inability to attend the event from November 23rd until 24 hours before its start will have 10% of the amount paid available for use in any of the next 2 (two) editions of El Cruce or Raid.
  6. Runners who have picked up their kit in advance will have, in addition to the corresponding penalty, a deduction of 35% as part of administrative expenses, kit delivery, etc.

Requests and/or verbal or telephone communications are not valid. Only requests sent to info@elcruce.com.ar will be accepted.

POLICY FOR GROUP CHANGE

Paid spots cannot be transferred to another runner.
Runners who want to switch categories or groups can do so only once before August 12, 2024. After that date, changes can be made, but with a charge of USD 15 (fifteen dollars).
Changes can only be made if there are available spots in the group they wish to switch to.
If requesting a change from a higher-cost group to a lower-cost group, no refunds will be issued.

Terms and Conditions for Using Credit Balance El Cruce has a new date: From December 1 to December 6, 2024, we will be celebrating the 22nd edition in San Martín de los Andes, and we hope you will be part of this celebration! To confirm the use of the credit you have from the 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 editions, you must contact us starting from Tuesday, March 5, via email at info@elcruce.com.ar or through WhatsApp at +54 9 11 3053 3190, providing your ID number or passport. From that moment and with the confirmation of the credit's use, the refund policies expressed on the El Cruce 2024 website will come into effect.
You will have until Tuesday, March 13, at 10 am (Argentina -3 UTC) to send us the confirmation. After this date, the use of the credit will be subject to both available spots and categories.
During the confirmation period, each participant will have the spot secured in the group in which they had previously registered.
If you want to change groups, you must request it from March 5, subject to availability.
Participants with an outstanding balance must settle it during this registration period to secure their place.
If you cannot participate in El Cruce 2024, please remember that you can use your balance for the 2025 edition, as long as you have not requested to use it for 2021, 2022, or 2023.
