REGISTRATIONS

Registration will open on Tuesday, February 10th through the platform www.entryfee.com.ar or in-person at Club de Corredores (Av. Monroe 916, CABA). 

Those who do not live in Buenos Aires can check the locations in other cities in Argentina and abroad: Brazil, Uruguay, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Paraguay, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and France.

GROUP 1

Participants in GROUP 1 will race on December 5, 6 and 7.

GROUP 2

Participants in GROUP 2 will race on December 6, 7 and 8.

GROUP 3

Participants in GROUP 3 will race on December 7, 8 and 9.

GROUP 4

Participants in GROUP 4 will race on December 8, 9 and 10.

GRUPO 5*

Participants in GRUPO 5 will race on December 9, 10 and 11.

*GROUP 5 will be enabled once 70% of the spots in the previous groups are filled.
IMPORTANT
Runners in GROUPS 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 will have different registration costs , but the routes, services and camps will be the same for all groups.

WHAT DOES REGISTRATION INCLUDE?

PARTICIPATION IN THE RACE

Logistics services and security for the 3 days of the race.

TRANSPORTATION
  • Transfers by buses or vans during the race.
  • Transportation of bags (Cerro Catedral – Camp 1 – Camp 2 – Cerro Catedral).
  • Transfers in case of withdrawal from Camp 1 or Camp 2 to Cerro Catedral.

CAMPS

Right to 2 nights at camps designated by the Organization.
4 meals (2 lunches and 2 dinners).
2 breakfasts.
2 snacks.

Products from sponsoring brands at camps and Oasis.

 

CAMP ORGANIZATION

Tents for 2 people provided on loan at each campsite.

RUNNER'S KIT

Race bib – Waterproof technical jacket – Fleece – Base layer – Technical T-shirt – Multifunctional neck gaiter – Thermal mug – Soft cup – Sponsor gifts.

FINISHER MEDAL

As in every edition, we design a unique medal with special development over several months. The medal will be awarded to runners who complete all three stages. Those who are cut off in any of the stages will receive an alternative medal. See difference between cut-offs and withdrawals

HYDRATION ALONG THE ROUTE AND AT THE FINISH LINE

Hydration service is included in the registration cost, consisting of water and isotonic drinks at the Oasis and at the finish lines of each stage.

*Runners who withdraw will not be entitled to claim pending goods or services from the moment of withdrawal.

90% of the total published value.

Published costs may change without prior notice.
Pre-registration does not freeze the price nor reserve a spot.

Registration Fee (10% of Participation Cost)

The current registration fee is: USD 90 for Groups 1 and 2. USD 80 for Groups 3, 4 and 5.
Runners who wish to hire logistics services will do so through the Organization as an intermediary.
Those who register paying only the registration fee (without logistics services) must hire those services externally through providers designated by the Organization and verify them with the administrative department. All services must be properly contracted to avoid issues in the mountains.

  • Cash payment with 10% discount for one-time payment at Club de Corredores (Av. Monroe 916, CABA).
  • 9-installment payment plan

Groups 1 and 2: 9 installments of USD 110.

Groups 3, 4 and 5: 9 installments of USD 100.

Installments can be paid in cash (10% discount applies) or electronically.

  • Through our LOCATIONS in Argentina: one payment with 10% discount or 9 fixed installments (check options at each location).

The exchange rate will be set on the first business day of each month.

*Electronic payment service fees are borne by the user. Installment plans apply while available. Fixed installment payments must be made between the 1st and 10th of each month. A 3% monthly interest will apply in case of delay.

 All payment plans must be fully paid by November at the latest, or before early kit pickup, whichever comes first.

*Kits will not be delivered to runners who have not completed full payment.

 

FOREIGN PARTICIPANTS
  • Payment by credit card through the ticketing platform.
  • Cash payment through El Cruce locations (check with local representative).

*User bears electronic payment service fees.

CREDITS

Runners who requested withdrawal from El Cruce 2024 or 2025 must check terms and conditions to use their credit balance.

POLICY FOR CANCELLATION IN CASE OF INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Registration fees are non-refundable. Paid spots, partial or total, cannot be transferred to another runner. Credits from previous editions are for one-time use only. If a new withdrawal is requested, the credit becomes invalid. Only payments from the current edition will be recognized. All injuries, illnesses or physical conditions are subject to the policies below. The Runner’s Kit value (USD 200) is non-refundable, whether or not the runner participates. The kit can be picked up until accreditation day in Bariloche. If not picked up, it can be requested until December 31, 2026, subject to size availability and shipping costs paid by the runner.

For the amount paid minus the kit value, the following applies:

  1. Withdrawal until June 30: 100% credit for next 2 editions.
  2. Until August 3: 80% credit.
  3. Until October 20: 70% credit.
  4. Until November 16: 50% credit.
  5. Until November 30: 30% credit.
  6. From December 1 until 24 hours before start: 10% credit.
  7. Credits apply to net registration values only (excluding kit). No discounts apply.

Only written requests sent to [email protected] will be accepted.

POLICY FOR GROUP CHANGE

Paid spots cannot be transferred to another runner. Runners may change groups once before August 12, 2026. After that, changes are allowed with a USD 15 fee. Changes are subject to availability in the desired group. If changing to a lower-cost group, no refunds apply.

Bases y condiciones para utilizar saldo a favor:

Para confirmar el uso del crédito que tienen de la edición 2024 o 2025 deberán escribirnos vía mail a [email protected] e indicarnos su número de documento o pasaporte. A partir de ese momento y con la confirmación del uso del crédito, comenzarán a correr las políticas de devolución expresadas en la web de El Cruce 2026.

Tendrán tiempo de enviarnos la confirmación hasta el viernes 27 de febrero a las 10h (Argentina -3 UTC). Luego de esta fecha, el uso del crédito quedará sujeto tanto a cupos como categorías disponibles.

During the confirmation period, each participant will have the spot secured in the group in which they had previously registered.

En caso de querer cambiarse de grupo, deberán solicitarlo a partir del lunes 2 de marzo, quedando sujeto a disponibilidad.

Participants with an outstanding balance must settle it during this registration period to secure their place.

En caso de no poder participar de El Cruce 2026, les recordamos que podrán utilizar su saldo para la edición 2026 o 2027, en tanto no hayan solicitado utilizarlo para 2025.
