Every year the organization contacts the National Park Administration that will host the event. In 2024 the organization is working in coordination with the Lanin National Park Administration. The advice and requirements provided by the Park Administration are vital to guarantee the sustainable use of the space. Authorizations for passage within the park, advice on routes and places that are passable or to be used for the race, collaboration for the sustainable use of the environment, connection with local communities, joint work with the Park Rangers, verification and post-race survey ensuring the park has been left in the same conditions in which it was received, etc.
