Choose your group and secure your place. All five groups run the same route, with the same camps and services.
Groups and fees
Five dates to race
The date and the fee change. The route, the camps and the rules are the same.
* Group 5 opens once 70% of the places in the previous groups are filled.
Fees may change without notice. Pre-registration does not lock in the fee or reserve a place.
The fee is made up of 10% registration and 90% logistics and gear.
What’s included
Everything, from start to finish
Anyone who withdraws cannot claim goods and services still pending at the time of withdrawal.
- The raceThree days of racing, with all the logistics and safety.
- TransfersBuses or vans during the race, bag transport between Cerro Catedral and the two camps, and transfer in case of withdrawal.
- CampsTwo nights, with a two-person tent on loan.
- MealsTwo lunches, two dinners, two breakfasts and two afternoon snacks, plus sponsor products at the camps and aid stations.
- HydrationWater and isotonic drink at the aid stations and at the finish of each stage.
- Runner's kitBib vest, waterproof technical jacket, fleece, base layer, technical shirt, neck gaiter, thermal mug, soft cup and sponsor gifts.
- Finisher medalA different design every edition, for those who complete all three stages.

Payment options
How to pay
Payments in pesos are made at the exchange rate in effect on the first business day of each month. Ticketing or electronic payment fees are paid by the payer.
From Argentina
- Cash10% discount, at the Club de Corredores offices.
- Debit or creditAt Club de Corredores, with no discount or surcharge.
- 1 or 3 interest-free installmentsBy credit card through Mercado Pago. Adds 5% for ticketing fees.
- At a regional officeOne payment with a 10% discount or a 9-installment plan, depending on each office.
From abroad
- Credit cardThrough the ticketing platform.
- CashAt the El Cruce offices in your country; check the options with the representative.
- 2024 and 2025 creditsIf you canceled your participation in those editions, check the terms and conditions to use your credit.
9-installment plan
Paid from the 1st to the 10th of each month. In cash, each installment has a 10% discount; by payment link it adds 5%.
The plan must be paid off in November or before picking up the kit, whichever comes first. The kit is not handed over without full payment.
Late installments carry 3% monthly interest. Request the online payment link at [email protected].

If you can’t take part
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Depending on when you let us know, part of what you paid stays as credit for the next two editions of El Cruce or La Etapa.
The kit is not returned. Its USD 200 value is deducted before calculating the credit, and you can still collect it if you paid USD 400 or more: up to check-in in Bariloche, or by requesting it until December 31, 2026, with shipping at your expense and sizes subject to availability.
The credit applies to the net registration fee, without discounts or promotions, and is single-use: if you cancel again, it is lost.
Only requests sent by email to [email protected]are valid. Verbal or phone notices are not.
Group change
If you need another date
- Once, free of chargeUntil August 12, 2026. After that date, the change costs USD 15.
- Subject to availabilityOnly if there's room in the group you want to move to.
- No refundsIf you move to a lower-priced group, the difference is not refunded.
